(Title III) and applied by California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, and aligned with EN 301 549 /
the European Accessibility Act for future EU readiness. It deliberately describes an ongoing
program with known limitations rather than claiming full conformance. Confirm the remediation
commitments and the response window are ones the business can meet — an unmet public commitment
is itself a risk.*
Cannvas builds software that people use to run licensed cannabis businesses — on office
computers, on phones in a grow room, and on tablets at a dispensary counter. We want every one of
those people to be able to use it, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only
navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
We are working toward conformance with the **Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1,
Level AA**. This statement describes where we are, what we have done, and how to reach us if you
encounter a barrier.
This statement applies to the Cannvas marketing website (cannvas.app), the Cannvas operator
dashboards, and the Cannvas consumer- and buyer-facing applications, including brand-customized
("white-labeled") versions of those applications operated by our customers.
Some content in customer-operated applications — product names, photographs, and descriptions —
is supplied by the customer organization. Where a customer supplies content, that customer is
responsible for its accessibility (for example, providing meaningful descriptions for images they
upload).
